The 2 stars is for having a tire put on a rim after I got a flat. The tech gouged and scratched my wheel while taking off the old balance weights. No way I can polish or sand out the damage.
I have been a customer for a long time and I respect the business and I am thankful for the reasonable prices they provide. What I am angry about is the fact that yesterday we dropped my wife's car off to get her tire fixed and today (The Wednesday before Thanksgiving) we were not informed that they were closing early today therefore putting my wife and I's holiday plans in jeopardy because of the lack of communication and we were not told that they were closing early. The website reflected no change in hours and when we told them we would be picking up the car today nothing was mentioned to us about an early close. When you have people's automobiles in your businesses possession you have to tell people your hours and that past those hours they will not be able to access their vehicle until after the holiday. This is especially important on a holiday weekend. This is not personal and I understand mistakes happen, however accountability and correct communication is a must with customer trust. I hope the business sees this message and makes some changes about communicating their hours with their clientele.

THE TIRE SIZE, He kept putting me on hold and asking me over and over again what size I needed after the third time he hung up on me. I realized This is some kind of joke, Sams club had the tire for $40 less, sorry for bothering you. R.J
Great place always fast. Was in and out for tire plug less then 10 mins and it only cost $21.30. They have new and used tires also. Definitely worth going I just bought these dang tires but all the road construction I'm sure I ran over nail or something. Total life savers didn't want to buy another one used or not 😂 …
